Welcome to Bizzap.app ("Bizzap", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using Bizzap.app, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use Bizzap.app.

  • You represent that you are acting on behalf of a business or organization when creating an account.

  • We may require business verification (e.g., GST number, business license, certifications) to grant full access.

2. Accounts & Registration

  • To access certain features, you must create a company and user account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

  • Bizzap.app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. Services Offered

Bizzap.app provides:

  • Business networking and community engagement

  • Buyer-seller connections, lead generation, and marketplace listings

  • In-app messaging and collaboration tools

  • Paid subscriptions, lead credits, and premium features

We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without liability.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

  • Upload harmful code, malware, or attempt unauthorized access

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions, or abusive communication

  • Use the Platform for personal consumer transactions (it is strictly B2B)

Users are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of their business listings, communications, and transactions.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Certain features (e.g., premium subscriptions, paid leads, samples) require payment.

  • By purchasing, you authorize Bizzap.app or its payment partners to process charges via your selected payment method.

  • Subscription fees are recurring unless canceled. Cancellation rules and refund eligibility are outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • All payments are subject to applicable taxes and transaction fees.

6. Leads, Orders & Transactions

  • Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for negotiating, fulfilling, and completing transactions.

  • Bizzap.app is not a buyer, seller, or agent in any transaction unless explicitly stated.

  • We provide escrow/payment facilitation services only when specified; otherwise, payment responsibility lies with the parties involved.

  • Disputes must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy and in-platform resolution process before escalation.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, design, and technology of Bizzap.app are owned by or licensed to us.

  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Bizzap.app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Platform.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or misuse of Bizzap.app intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  • Your use poses security risks or harms other users

Upon termination, access to the Platform and stored content may be disabled. Certain obligations (e.g., payment of dues, confidentiality, indemnification) will survive termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Bizzap.app is a facilitator, not a guarantor of transactions.

  • We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from buyer-seller dealings.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzap.app disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

  • Our aggregate liability for claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Bizzap.app in the preceding 6 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizzap.app, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights through your content or actions

12. Third-Party Services

Bizzap.app may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, analytics). Your use of such services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party failures or breaches.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by local laws.

  • Disputes should first be addressed via our in-platform resolution process.

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Chennai, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

  • Courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify users via email or platform notification. Continued use of Bizzap.app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
